Having been a member of the Motor Trade for over 40 years and worked with a number of Garage Management Systems, I have found GDS to be a reliable and easy to use system which is ideal for our needs. As we are a charity it is good value for money, with a great support system and the ability to integrate well with our Accounts Department who use SAGE. I have no hesitation in recommending this product.
From the start the team at GDS we’re receptive to our requirements, keen to work with us, listen and more importantly act on feedback to make improvements to their system. Of course there were teething difficulties, as always when moving from one provider to another, and our staff were less than keen to change. We had no choice, and are delighted that we found GDS. The training at the beginning, support on launch day and after was magnificent, the help desk team are excellent two years in we still feel the same, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend GDS.
